general terms

1. I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

2. I only accept two slots at a time.

payment terms

1. Pay pal Royale high diamonds and robux are the payment methods I may refuse a method if need be 

2. I do not offer refunds unless specifically stated so by me.

3. Payment can be made 100% upfront or 50% upfront followed by 50% after approval of the sketch.

4. Additional characters are +%100 full price.

process terms

1. When commissions are open, I will accept character submissions in DMs.

2. I will use a Google Form for all commission details; we will discuss everything else in Twitter DMs.

3. I will send you a form link within 24 hours if I accept your commission.

4. I will choose my commissions according to my personal preference rather than on who first contacted me.

copyright + usage

1. You have the right to use the commissioned piece for personal use, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.

2. Please credit me if you do. You can put my handle (@1_Cole1) in your bio.

3. Profiting from the commissioned piece (resale, redistribution) is not allowed unless you pay the commercial price. To learn more, please DM me.

4. Claiming the work as your own will result in a BLOCK, REPORT, and BEWARE POST.

final terms

1. Please refrain from constantly checking on the progress of the piece.

2. I have the right to post WIPs and a finished version (watermarked) on my account.

3. I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.

4. After you have paid for the work, I will not profit from it further.
